Educational Qualification
- Sanik Welfare Organizer:
- Must be Matriculate from a recognized Board/University or have passed the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education.
- Must be an Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer of the Army or an equivalent rank in the Navy or Air Force.
- Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects.
- Multipurpose Fisheries Skilled Worker:
- Must possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or institution.
- All educational/technical qualification certificates must be issued before the last date of application.
Age Limit Details
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 01.01.2025.
- Maximum age for General category: 37 years as on 01.01.2025.
- Maximum age for residents of Punjab belonging to Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes: 42 years.
- Maximum age for State and Central Government employees: 45 years.
- Maximum age for Physically Handicapped candidates (residents of Punjab): 47 years (10 years relaxation).
- Maximum age for Widows, Divorcees and certain other categories of married women: 40 years.
- For Ex-Servicemen, age relaxation will be as per Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen Rules, 1982. The period of military service will be deducted from their age.
- For candidates who applied for Multipurpose Fisheries Skilled Worker under advertisement No. 06 of 2024, their age limit will be considered as per that advertisement.

How to Apply
- Visit the official website https://sssb.punjab.gov.in and click on the "Online Applications" link.
- Read the detailed instructions carefully before proceeding.
- Select the desired post, fill in personal and educational details to register. Upon successful registration, a Username will be generated.
- Log in using the Username and complete the Application Form step-by-step. The application will only be accepted after successful fee payment.
- Upload a passport-sized photograph, signature, and required educational qualification certificates (Matriculation for Date of Birth, 12th, 10+2/Graduation/Course certificates, etc.).
- After submitting the Online Application Form and uploading documents, fees can be paid after one day from submission, i.e., from the third day onwards.
- The last date for fee payment is 2025-12-12. Fees can be paid through State Bank of India challan, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI on any working day.
- After successful fee payment, the Online Application Form will be accepted. Candidates can generate/download their application form after two days from the fee payment date.
- Candidates are advised to print and retain a copy of their application form for future reference.
- Any errors in the application form can be corrected only before submission. No changes will be allowed after final submission.
Application Fee
- General Category/Freedom Fighter/Sportsmen: Rs. 1000/-
- S.C./B.C./Economically Weaker Section (EWS): Rs. 250/-
- Ex-Servicemen & Dependent: Rs. 200/-
- Physically Handicapped: Rs. 500/-
Note: The application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
