Community Bank Coordinator

This role is ideal for a highly motivated female candidate who has completed 12th standard, is proficient in Tamil and English, and possesses strong accounting and communication skills. Crucially, applicants must be existing members of a Panchayat-level Women's Self-Help Group (SHG) within Erode District and have at least 2 years of experience as an SHG promoter. Preference is given to those with computer skills, a two-wheeler driving license, and an Android smartphone with app operating capabilities. A proven ability to handle banking transactions and loan applications is also essential.

This position is strictly for female SHG members within Panchayat-level federations in Erode District. Individuals who do not meet this fundamental criterion, are over 35 years of age, or lack the mandatory 2 years of SHG promoter experience should not apply. Insufficient proficiency in Tamil or English, poor accounting skills, or an inability to use basic digital communication tools (Android phone, SMS/WhatsApp) are also significant disqualifiers.
