TISS Field Consultant Empanelment 2026 for Data Collection & Translation Across India

This role is ideal for experienced professionals holding a Master's degree (essential) or PhD (desirable) in Public Health, Population Sciences, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. Candidates must possess 3-5 years of experience in HIV/AIDS or Public Health research, with demonstrated expertise in data collection, qualitative research methods (FGDs, KIIs, IDIs), survey administration, data coding, thematic analysis, and/or translation/transcription services across various Indian languages. Practicing doctors, professors, and post-graduate students from medical/allied colleges with relevant experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Individuals without an essential Master's degree in the specified fields or less than 3 years of relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or public health research should not apply. Those lacking proficiency in data collection, qualitative research techniques, or translation between Indian languages and English may find this role unsuitable. The contractual nature and varied location of work (across multiple Indian states) might not align with preferences for permanent, single-location employment.
