Training & Placement Officer

This role is ideally suited for dynamic, accomplished, and industry-connected professionals with a strong background in engineering and business management (B.E./B.Tech. and MBA). The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in training, placement, corporate relations, and talent acquisition, preferably within higher educational institutions. They should possess excellent networking, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven track record of enhancing student employability and building strong industry-academia partnerships.

Candidates who do not meet the minimum educational qualifications (both B.E./B.Tech. and MBA/equivalent PG with 55% marks) and the mandatory 7 years of post-qualification professional experience should not apply. Individuals seeking permanent government employment will find this role unsuitable, as it is purely contractual with an initial tenure of two years, extendable up to a maximum of five years, and does not confer any right to regular appointment or absorption.
