The pay scale for Typist-Copyist is Rs. 34,100 - 800 - 35,700 - 900 - 39,300 - 1000 - 43,300 - 1125 - 47,800 - 1250 - 52,800 - 1375 - 58,300 - 1500 - 64,300 - 1650 - 67,600. This indicates an entry pay of Rs. 34,100 with annual increments up to a maximum of Rs. 67,600.

• The application portal will be active from 2026-06-29 to 2026-07-28 (until 11:59 PM).
• Before applying, candidates must carefully read all instructions to avoid errors. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
• Candidates must scan and upload their photograph and signature:
  • Photograph: Recent color photograph, 5 cm (height) X 3.6 cm (width), less than 50 KB, JPG format, with a white background. No signature on the photograph.
  • Signature: Black ballpoint pen signature on a white paper, 2.5 cm (height) X 7.5 cm (width), less than 25 KB, JPG format.
• Fill in all required information in the online application form and pay the prescribed fee as detailed.
• After successful submission and payment, candidates should download and retain a printout of the application form and fee payment receipt for future reference and for submission during the eligibility test.
• Candidates are advised to apply well in advance of the deadline. The fee once paid is non-refundable.
• Applicants should compulsorily provide their mobile number and email ID for communication. The authority is not responsible for any missed communications via SMS or email.
• Candidates currently employed with State/Central Government or PSUs must indicate this in their application and produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if selected.

Payment should be made online through State Bank Collect using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI. No cash, challan, DD, postal order, or money order will be accepted. Applications without fee will be rejected.
