Minimum educational qualifications vary by position:

• Visiting Professor / Engineer / Scientist: Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, Photonics, Quantum Technologies, or related fields. Alternatively, Master's degree with exceptional industry or research experience may be considered.
• Research Scientist & Research Engineer (all sub-categories): Bachelor's or Master's degree (with proven mandatory experience evidence) or Ph.D. in relevant engineering or science disciplines (e.g., Organic Chemistry, Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Photonics, Optics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, RF Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, IT).
• Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Manager cum Accountant (Project Manager): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications like CA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Assistant Project Manager: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Additional qualifications/certifications in administration or office management are preferred.
• Project Office Assistant: Graduate degree (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.B.A./B.C.A. or equivalent).
