This role is ideal for fresh postgraduates or early-career researchers with a Master's degree in Biochemistry, Food Sciences, or Life Sciences. Candidates should have a strong academic background, including a 3-year Bachelor's and a 2-year Master's degree, and be keen to work on a DBT-funded project focusing on food science and nutraceutical research. Those with desirable skills in metabolite profiling, physico-chemical analysis, and statistical analysis will be highly preferred.

Individuals seeking a permanent government position should not apply, as this is a temporary contractual role for a fixed duration of two years. Candidates who do not meet the essential Master's degree qualification in the specified fields or are unable to attend the walk-in interview on the given date will not be considered.
