Young Professional II & Field Assistant

• For Young Professional II (YP II): Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Agriculture (with specialization in Plant Breeding and or Genetics), OR Biotechnology/Plant Biotechnology/M.Tech Biotechnology.
• For Field Assistant: Candidates must be Intermediate/12th Pass.

The minimum age for applicants is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years, both calculated as on the date of the interview (2026-06-29). No specific age relaxations for reserved categories are mentioned in the notification.

Eligible candidates are invited to apply for a walk-in interview by submitting their application via email. Follow these steps:

• Prepare a complete CV as per the format attached in the notification, including full details of academic records and experience.
• Attach self-signed photocopies of all supporting documents.
• Email the complete application to [email protected].
• Ensure your application reaches the specified email ID on or before June 21, 2026.
• Mention your active email ID in the application, as shortlisted candidates will be informed via email for the interview on June 29, 2026 at the Division of Genetics, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110012.
• Candidates must compulsorily fill out the application form (as per Annexure I) and enclose self-attested scanned certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, and a recent photograph.
• Proof of experience must also be sent along with the application form by email by June 21, 2026.
• Selected candidates must produce all original documents and a medical certificate from the IARI dispensary at the time of joining.
