The remuneration for Young Professionals is a consolidated Rs. 50,000/- per month, which is all-inclusive. Additionally, fixed-term employees are entitled to an 8% annual increase in remuneration and gratuity if service exceeds one year. Medical reimbursement for a Mediclaim Policy up to Rs. 2 Lakhs is also provided for self, spouse, and dependent children for engagements exceeding 6 months.

Candidates are required to visit the official SPMCIL website (www.spmcil.com), click on the "Career" link, and then select "APPLY ONLINE" against Advertisement No. 04/2026. The application process involves the following steps:

• Step-I: Verify Email ID & Mobile Number: Enter Email ID & Mobile Number, click Send OTP, verify both OTPs, and submit.
• Step-II: Personal Details: Enter all personal information correctly. Details such as name, date of birth, gender, and nationality must match official records. Verify details before proceeding, as personal details cannot be modified later.
• Step-III: Qualification Details: Fill and re-verify qualification details carefully.
• Step-IV: Upload Documents: Upload all requisite documents (photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and other documents) in the prescribed format and size.

Payment of fees is online only, via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking & UPI. After submitting payment, do not press back or refresh. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful transaction. In case of payment failure, log in again and repeat the process.

• The examination fee and intimation charges are inclusive of GST.
• Applicants paying lesser fees will not be eligible. Fees once paid shall not be refunded.
• Bank transaction charges for online payment of application fees / intimation charges will have to be borne by the applicant.
