Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Gajapati Recruitment 2025 – Various Part Time Yoga Instructor Posts

Remuneration will be paid @Rs. 600 per session (90 minutes) including conveyance. Engagement is on a session basis, with up to 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week).

Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply by following these steps:

• Log in to the district website www.gajapati.odisha.gov.in to download the prescribed application format, eligibility criteria, and other details.
• Fill the application form in the prescribed format.
• Attach self-attested photocopies of the required documents/testimonials, including:
  • Two copies of recent passport-size Photographs.
  • Self-attested copy of any identity Proof (Voter ID card/Aadhar Card/ DL/PAN card/ ETC).
  • Self-attested copy of all Academic Certificates & Mark Sheets (10th, +2, Graduation and higher qualification if any) in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his/her educational qualification.
  • Self-attested copy of the Professional qualification certificate & Marksheet of Yoga and attested document in support of experience if any.
• Send the completed application along with all enclosures to the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, At/Po- Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, 761200.
• The application must be sent through Registered Post/Speed Post only.
• The envelope containing the application should be clearly superscribed with the name of the post applied for (i.e., "Application for Part Time Yoga Instructor").
• The application must reach the specified address on or before 05:00 PM of 26.11.2025.
• Candidates who had already applied earlier for the post of Yoga Instructor in response to Advertisement No. 8324 dated 18.10.2025 need not apply again.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
