Educational Qualification

Ph.D in Genetics and Plant Breeding OR
Master Degree in a relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor's degree, having first division or equivalent overall grade point average.
Must have at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience, evidenced by Fellowship/Associateship/Training/Other Engagements.
Must have published one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal.
All relevant degrees should be completed in ICAR accredited Universities / Colleges only.

Age Limit Details

The maximum age limit is 40 years for men and 45 years for women.

Salary & Pay Scale

Master Degree holders: Rs. 61,000/- per month + HRA
Ph.D. holders: Rs. 67,000/- per month + HRA
HRA will be admissible as per existing State rules applicable in various places/locations.
