Candidates must possess the following qualifications for the respective departments:
- For Department of Food Processing Technology:
- Ph.D. in the relevant subject OR
- Master's degree in Food Technology/Food Science and Technology/Food Processing Technology/Food Technology and Management/Dairy Technology with at least 55% or its equivalent grade.
- Bachelor's degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average.
- Published one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI), NAAS rated ≥ 4.0 journals.
- Candidates with a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences (3 years Bachelor's + 2 years Master's degree) must have NET qualification.
- For Department of Food Business Management:
- Ph.D. in the relevant subject OR
- Master's degree in Food Business Management/Agri Business Management/Agricultural Economics/Business Administration/Food Technology/Food Science and Technology.
- Bachelor's degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average.
- Published one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI), NAAS rated ≥ 4.0 journals.
- Candidates with a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences (3 years Bachelor's + 2 years Master's degree) must have NET qualification.
