- Essential Qualification:
- First Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees).
- Second Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees) with PhD.
- For Engineering/IT/CS: First Class Graduate Degree of Four Years.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or equivalent biological sciences.
- Preference for scholars selected through National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET including LS and GATE) or those who have qualified national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments/Agencies.

Age Limit Details
Age relaxation up to 5 years is applicable for Government servants and candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel and Training.
Salary & Pay Scale
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs. 56,000/- per month, in addition to House Rent Allowance (HRA) as admissible according to institutional rules.

- Reporting Time: All candidates should report by 09:00 A.M. on the date of the interview.
- Reporting Venue: Department of Biochemistry, Third Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Patna.
- Documents Required: Candidates must report with a duly filled application form, self-attested photocopies of proof of date of birth (birth certificate/class 10th certificate), eligibility qualification mark-sheets, degrees, experience certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), qualifying degree registration with statutory council (if applicable), and other relevant testimonials. Original certificates are required for verification.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
