- Ph.D.: In Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology with 5 years R&D experience in the related subject post-Ph.D. (Ph.D. in relevant subjects treated equivalent to 3 years experience).
- Master's Degree: First-class Master's in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology with 8 years R&D experience in Genetics or biomedical subjects.
- Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of Medical statistics, Computer Applications/Data Management, data analysis, and interpretation of results of statistical analysis.
