This role is ideal for highly experienced, superannuated employees from HPCL or other Public Sector Oil & Gas Companies. Candidates must possess a strong background (minimum 5 years in specific departments) in refinery maintenance (static, rotary, electrical, civil, instrumentation) or operations, with substantial hands-on experience in planning, executing, and coordinating major refinery shutdowns and turnarounds. A focus on technical leadership and mentoring for critical turnaround activities is key for senior grades.

This opportunity is not suitable for individuals who are not retired from a Public Sector Oil & Gas Company, lack specific refinery turnaround experience, or exceed the age limit of 64 years as of July 31, 2026. Freshers, candidates from private sector oil & gas, or those without significant experience in refinery operations/maintenance should not apply.
