Assistant Administrative Officer, Private Secretary & Other Posts

This recruitment is ideally suited for experienced officers currently serving in Central/State Government, Union Territories, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organizations. Candidates with a proven track record of holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or those with substantial years of service (typically 5-11 years) in relevant grade pays within their existing departments, are the primary target. Specific roles require expertise in areas such as administration, engineering (civil), accounts, stores, medical lab technology, OT techniques, pharmacy, and security. A maximum age of 56 years applies.

Freshers or individuals currently employed in private organizations are explicitly ineligible for these deputation posts. Candidates who do not meet the extensive experience criteria, specific grade pay requirements, or cannot apply through proper official channels will not be considered.
