Individuals without a degree in Commerce or the specified professional finance qualifications (CA, ICWA, MBA in Finance) should not apply. Freshers or those with less than five years of relevant experience in finance will not meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates who have been previously terminated from any Government Organization are also ineligible.
