Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a First Class Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical). For specific roles, an M.Tech in Electrical Engineering may be an added advantage.
Note: Candidates with an Engineering Degree from allied branches of Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics are also eligible, provided they meet the specific experience requirements (PQE) mentioned for each position.
Age Limit Details
Upper age limits as on 16th August 2024:
- Engineer (Gr. II): Not exceeding 27 years
- Assistant Manager (Gr. III): Not exceeding 30 years
- Manager (Gr. IV): Not exceeding 34 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC-NCL candidates: 3 years
- PwD candidates: 10 years (over and above SC/ST/OBC-NCL relaxation)
The maximum age with all relaxations shall not exceed 57 years.
Salary & Pay Scale

In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP) as per prevailing Company Rules.

- The online registration site will be available until 18:00 Hrs on 16.08.2024.
- Fill the experience section, starting with the latest experience, providing a concise description relevant to the position.
- After successful online submission, candidates must take a printout of the application form and send it along with all associated documents by post, superscribing the envelope with "Position Applied For" to the following address: Senior Manager (HR), Recruitment Cell, BEML Soudha, No 23/1, 4th Main, S R Nagar, Bangalore - 560027.

Incomplete applications or those without required documents will be summarily rejected.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable for General (GEN), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates. SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
The fee must be paid online by clicking the "Pay Application Fee Online" link at the end of the application form.
