Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025 for Business Correspondent Coordinator Post in Morbi, Gujarat

The monthly remuneration for the BC Supervisor consists of both fixed and variable components:

• Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000/- per month.
• Variable Component: Up to Rs. 15,000/- per month, based on performance evaluation against various parameters.

Additionally, the bank will reimburse Rs. 4,000 per month for conveyance expenses and provide a fixed amount of Rs. 200 per month for mobile expenses.
