The crucial date for determining the age limit is 24 Nov 2025. Permissible relaxation in upper age limit for different categories are as follows:

Salary & Pay Scale
- Vehicle Mechanic: Pay Band-1, Rs 5200-20200 plus Grade pay Rs 1900/-
- MSW (Painter): Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-
- MSW (DES): Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-
In addition, Pay, DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Hard & Risk Allowance are payable as per Govt of India rules in force.

- The application must be submitted in the prescribed format (Appendix 'A') on good quality A4 size bond (75 GSM) paper.
- The application form can be downloaded from the official website www.bro.gov.in.
- All required documents, such as certificates for educational qualification, caste, etc., must be attached with the application form, either self-attested or attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- The completed application form along with the e-receipt for the fee payment should be sent to the following address: Commandant, GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-411015.
- The application must be sent through Registered Post along with acknowledgment.
- The envelope must be superscribed with 'APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _______ Category _______'.
- The last date for receipt of applications for most states is 24 Nov 2025. For candidates in specified remote areas (Assam, Meghalaya, etc.), the last date is 09 Dec 2025.
