The remuneration structure is on a per-visit/per-patient basis:

• For the first 5 patients per visit: Rs. 1500
• For each patient thereafter: Rs. 250
• Maximum daily remuneration per visit: Rs. 4000

• Eligible candidates must apply online via the Google Form provided.
• The application window is from 11:00 AM on 18/11/2025 to 06:00 PM on 02/12/2025.
• Applications submitted after the deadline of 06:00 PM on 02/12/2025 will not be considered.
• Candidates will be called for document verification via email. It is the candidate's sole responsibility to ensure and regularly check their email.
• Selected contractual specialists will be informed via phone based on the merit list.
• Document verification and provisional appointment orders will be issued based on vacant posts and as polyclinics become operational.
• The initial appointment will be for 179 days. If the candidate's work is satisfactory, they may be re-appointed on a contractual basis.
