Eligibility criteria for Young Professionals at CFQC&TI Faridabad and its 3 Regional Laboratories:
• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Chemistry (Inorganic / Organic / Analytical) OR M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Soil Science or Agricultural Chemistry OR M.Sc. in Microbiology OR M.Sc. (Agri) in Entomology from a recognized University or Institute.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 02 years of hands-on experience in the analysis of Bio-stimulants / Nano fertilizers and operation/maintenance of sophisticated analytical instruments (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP, TGA, FTIR, HPTLC, TEM).
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in computer handling (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel). Candidates with M.Phil. or Ph.D. in relevant fields are given preference.
• Tenure: Contractual engagement initially for 3 years, extendable based on performance evaluation and approval of the competent authority.

- Strict 2-Year Instrumentation Experience: Candidates must possess verifiable 2+ years of experience in bio-stimulant/nano-fertilizer analysis and handling HPLC/MS/ICP instruments; applications lacking documented instrument handling will be rejected during screening.
- Minimum 1-Year Service Requirement: Candidates leaving the contract before completing 1 year of service will not be issued any work experience certificate.
- Multi-Location Deployment: Selected candidates must be willing to join at Faridabad, Chennai, Navi Mumbai, or Kalyani as per institutional requirements.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration
A fixed monthly remuneration of ₹60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) is paid, subject to applicable TDS. No other allowances are payable. Tour TA/DA is reimbursed as per Central Govt Level-7 rules.
Fixed monthly consolidated remuneration of ₹60,000/- per month. No annual increment, PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, HRA, or DA are admissible. For official tours, TA/DA is admissible equivalent to Assistant Section Officer (Pay Level 7) of the Central Government.
