The pay scales and remuneration details for various grades are as follows:

For Junior Executives – HR, the consolidated remuneration is Rs.28,000/- for the 1st year, Rs.31,000/- for the 2nd year, Rs.34,000/- for the 3rd year, and Rs.37,500/- for the 4th year. Additionally, Junior Executives are entitled to Uniform, canteen facility/food allowance, and an annual consolidated amount of Rs.11,000/- towards Insurance, Conveyance & mobile, uniform stitching, etc.

Besides Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System, Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Performance related Pay (PRP) as per prevailing Company Rules.

For Junior Executives – HR, the selection process includes a Computer Based Written Exam (MCQ type). The subjects covered will be:

• HR areas
• General English
• Numerical Ability
• Reasoning Ability

The location of the written exam will be at Bangalore only. No detailed syllabus, question weightage, or negative marking structure is explicitly provided for other executive positions.

Candidates must apply ON-LINE only through the official BEML website. The application process involves the following steps:

1. Visit the careers page at www.bemlindia.in.
2. Click on the "Apply ON-LINE" Link and carefully read the prescribed guidelines.
3. Ensure all data entered in the portal/form is correct.
4. Note down the 'Registration number' generated for future correspondence.
5. While filling the online application, provide the latest experience first, followed by previous experiences. A pen picture relevant to the position applied should be written for each experience.
6. Upload legible '.pdf' files of the following mandatory documents. Applications without these documents will be incomplete and rejected:
   • X-th Marks card
   • XII-th Marks card
   • Qualifying Degree Marks cards (with CGPA/Credits to percentage conversion formula if applicable)
   • Qualification/ Degree Certificate
   • Post Graduation Marks cards (as applicable)
   • Post Graduation Certificate (as applicable)
   • Identity card issued by Government of India (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card)
   • Detailed Resume
   • SC/ST/PWD certificate (as applicable)
   • All experience Documents clearly indicating start & end dates of each employment declared. (All experiences to be clubbed as a single pdf file)

After successful online submission, a printout of the application along with all associated documents must be sent by post super-scribing the "Position Applied For" on the envelope to the following address:
