Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a First Class Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Production, Marine) or a First Class Graduate degree. Specific posts may require additional qualifications:

HR Department: Two years full-time MBA (HR), MSW, PGDM (HR), or MA (PM & IR).
Engineering Management roles: PG Degree or PG Diploma in Engineering Management.
.NET Developer: MCA is also accepted.
Business Development: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing.

First Class is reckoned at 60% (aggregate of all semesters/years). Qualifying marks are relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates.

Age Limit Details

Upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India guidelines:

SC/ST: +5 years
OBC-NCL: +3 years
PwD Candidates: +10 years (over and above category relaxation)

Maximum age with all relaxations shall not exceed 57 years. Relaxable up to 42 years for Navy / Coast Guard candidates for the position of Senior Manager-Business Development.

Salary & Pay Scale

Besides Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance. Besides Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. will be paid as per the prevailing Company Rules. The executive will also be eligible for Performance related Pay (PRP).
