- General Manager (Construction Equipment): Full-time, First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Automobile from a recognized University/Institution. PG Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Management/MBA will have added advantage.
- Deputy General Manager/Asst. General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA or two years Full Time First Class MBA in Finance (with Finance as core subject) from a recognised institution.
- Deputy General Manager/Asst. General Manager (Defence/Planning/Marketing): Full-time, First Class Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Communications) from a recognized University/Institution. OR Defence personnel with Graduation in any discipline who have undergone courses/training by defence staff college/designated institute of defence services.

Salary & Pay Scale
