Both positions offer a fixed consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,000/-.

Candidates must apply online through the official West Bengal Health portal. The process is as follows:

2. Fill out the online application form with accurate details.
3. Pay the application fee through NEFT to the provided bank account details: Account Name - DISTRICT HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE SAMITY (NON-NHM), A/C No - 0187132000008, IFSC - CNRB0000187.
4. Upload proper signature and photograph as required.
5. After submission, download and retain a hard copy/print copy of the registration form. This form, along with proof of payment, will be required for document verification. Do not send any hard copy by post.

An application fee is required, payable via NEFT to the specified bank account. The fee structure is as follows:

• Reserved Categories: Rs. 50/-
