• Ophthalmic Assistant: Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and a two-year Diploma in Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistants Course or Optometry & Ophthalmic technique.
• Multi Rehabilitation Worker: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Laboratory Technician: Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biological Science, and a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Medical Officers (GDMO & NUHM): MBBS degree, registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Preference for PG diploma/degree in G&O or Paediatrics.
• Staff Nurse: Completed GNM course or B.Sc. Nursing. Must be registered under WBNC.
• Community Health Assistant: Passed ANM or GNM course from a recognized institute.
• Pharmacist: Two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) and registered as a category 'A' Pharmacist.
• Facility Consultant Quality Manager: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science Graduate with a Master's in Hospital Administration/Health Management.
• TB HV / STS / STLS / District Coordinator: Graduate in Science. Some posts require specific diplomas like DMLT/BMLT.
• Community Health Officer (Nursing): B.Sc. Nursing with integrated BPCCHN course (from 2021 onwards) OR GNM/Post Basic B.Sc./B.Sc. Nursing (before 2021). Must be registered with WBNC.
• Community Health Officer (BAMS): Passed BAMS from a recognized institute and registered with Paschim Banga Ayurved Parisad.
