Job Analysis

AI-generated insights

Best-Fit Profile

This role is ideal for Indian nationals holding a Master's degree in Hindi/English or a related field with strong language proficiency, coupled with a translation diploma/certificate and at least two years of specialized translation experience in government sectors. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, prepared for a competitive written examination, and committed to contributing to official language implementation within a scientific research environment.

Important Considerations

Candidates who do not meet the precise educational qualifications, including the mandatory Master's degree and either the translation diploma or two years of relevant government translation experience, should not apply. Individuals looking for a large number of vacancies or roles without a stringent selection process may find this opportunity unsuitable. The single vacancy suggests intense competition.

Career Impact

Working at CSIR-CIMAP, a prestigious central government research institution, offers a stable career with competitive central government benefits and clear pathways for career advancement within the Rajbhasha Staff category. Although it's a single vacancy, the role provides a reputable platform to utilize language skills in a scientific context, contributing to national official language policies.
