Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For Deputy General Manager (Gr-VII): A First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or its equivalent from the Indian Army, along with the rank of Colonel from the Indian Army.
For Assistant General Manager (Gr-VI): A First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or its equivalent from the Indian Army, along with the rank of Lt. Colonel from the Indian Army.

Note: A "First Class" is reckoned at 60%. Qualifying marks are relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates. Candidates with CGPA/Credit must provide the conversion to percentage.

Age Limit Details

The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India guidelines:

SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation.
OBC-NCL candidates: 3 years relaxation.
PwD candidates: 10 years relaxation (over and above SC/ST/OBC-NCL relaxation, if applicable).

Salary & Pay Scale

In addition to the Basic Pay, selected candidates will receive Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances at 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System. Other benefits include Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP), all as per prevailing Company Rules.
