1. Ensure eligibility as per the notification's conditions and requirements.
2. Apply online through the 'Career Section' on the RITES website: http://www.rites.com.
3. Upon submitting the online application, note down the system-generated 'Registration No.' for all future communication.
4. Carefully fill all required details. Candidates are advised to ensure the availability of all relevant original documents for later stages of selection.
5. Upload all necessary supporting documents under the 'Upload Document' section, including:
   • High School certificate (proof of Date of Birth)
   • Certificates of Academic & Professional qualifications (10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, Post-Graduation marksheets/certificates for all semesters/years)
   • Percentage Conversion Document (if applicable)
   • EWS/SC/ST/OBC Certificate in the prescribed format by Govt. of India (if applicable)
   • Proof of Identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc)
   • PAN Card
   • Proof of each period of experience claimed (in a single PDF in chronological order, including offer/joining/relieving letters, service certificates, pay slips etc.)
   • PwBD Certificate as per latest format (if applicable)
   • Any other document in support of your candidature and claims.
6. Make online payment under the 'Make Payment' section. Applications without successful fee payment will be summarily rejected.
7. Download and keep a copy of the final application form for future reference and for the time of selection.
8. Candidates working in Government organizations (Central/State/Autonomous body etc.) / PSUs/PSBs on a regular basis are required to apply through proper channel and must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of Interview to be eligible for pay protection and other benefits.

The fee for SC/ST/PwD candidates will be refunded upon their participation in the further selection process (written exam/interview), after deducting GST/bank charges, and submission of a valid category certificate.
