• Veterinary Doctors: Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) with valid registration under Odisha Veterinary Council and relevant animal welfare experience.
• AHL Assistants: 12th (+2) Science with Vocational Animal Science course OR 2-year Diploma in Animal Husbandry/Dairy/Poultry with 2 years animal welfare experience.
• AHL Attendants: 10th Pass (HSC) from recognized board, physically fit, with animal care experience.
• AHL Drivers: 10th Pass with valid commercial driving licence and minimum 5 years commercial driving experience.
• Language Proficiency: All candidates must possess an ME Standard Certificate with Odia language.
