OAV Sarifpur Puri Assistant Cook Recruitment 2026 – Apply for Girls Hostel Post

Eligibility and qualifications criteria for Assistant Cook in Girls' Hostel:
• Residency Requirement: Must be ready to stay inside the hostel 24x7.
• Cooking Experience: Candidates trained in cookery or possessing practical cooking experience for student hostels will be given preference and due weightage.
• Hygiene Standards: Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene, clean attire, and sanitary food preparation habits.
• LPG Equipment: Must be well conversant with operating commercial LPG burners and kitchen appliances safely.
• Domicile Priority: Preference is given to local candidates of Sarifpur; next unit is Astarang block; next is nearby blocks of Puri district. Candidates from outside Puri district are strictly ineligible.
• Engagement Tenure: Contractual for one year, renewable with a one-day gap based on satisfactory performance.

Candidates must be between 21 to 32 years of age as on the date of advertisement (24.08.2026).
