Koraput District Court Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist Recruitment 2026 (3 Posts)

The Written Test consists of two parts:

• Part-I (300 Marks):
  • English (100 Marks, 2 Hours): Includes an essay (30 marks), letter/application (20 marks), Oriya to English translation (15 marks), English to Oriya translation (15 marks), and summary writing (20 marks). The standard of examination will be equivalent to a +3 Examination from a recognized University.
  • Arithmetic (100 Marks, 1 Hour): Covers vulgar fractions, decimals, H.C.F., L.C.M., simple and compound interest, simple and compound practice, percentages, profit and loss, mixtures, partnership, average, rates and taxes, insurance, square and cubic measures, problems on time and work, and time and distance.
  • General Knowledge (100 Marks, 1 Hour): Assesses knowledge of current events and everyday observations expected from an educated person.
• Part-II (100 Marks):
  • Computer Science Test (Practical) (100 Marks, 1 Hour): Evaluates proficiency in tasks such as formatting paragraphs, inserting tables, printing, saving, file transfer, website searching/browsing, downloading e-mail, use of pen-drive, other software, and accounting programs.
• Part-III (45 Marks):
  • Viva-Voce Test (45 Marks): Designed to assess the candidate's suitability for the post, including alertness, general outlook, and potential qualities. Only candidates successful in the written examination will be called for the Computer Science Test (Practical), and those qualified in the Computer Science Test (Practical) will proceed to the Viva-Voce Test.

Eligible and interested Group-D employees of the Koraput Judgeship are required to submit their application duly filled in and signed by hand as per Format-A. The application, along with self-attested copies of the following documents, must reach the Office of the District Judge, Koraput-Jeypore:

• Certificates and mark sheets of H.S.C., +2, and +3 examinations or equivalent.
• Diploma in Computer Application certificate and mark sheet.
• Caste certificate (if applicable).
• Sports Person/Ex-Serviceman Identity Card (if applicable).
• Medical Certificate/Disability Certificate (if applicable).
• Four self-attested Passport Size photographs (one affixed to the application).
• Document proving passing of Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
• Self-declaration of having no more than one living spouse (if married).
• Undertaking that no criminal case is pending or conviction exists.
• Self-attested "Conversion Certificate" for grade marks, if applicable.

The application must be submitted through the respective heads of offices and must be received by 10.09.2026 at 05:00 P.M. No other mode of submission will be entertained.
