The proposed monthly remuneration varies based on qualification (PG Degree/Diploma) and experience (Fresh/5+ years). An additional incentive is also provided by Rogi Kalyan Samiti. The gross monthly salary structure is as follows:

• For Anaesthetist:
  • Fresh (Degree): Rs. 1,75,000/-
  • Fresh (Diploma): Rs. 1,40,000/-
  • 5+ Years Experience (Degree): Rs. 2,00,000/-
  • 5+ Years Experience (Diploma): Rs. 1,75,000/-
• For Gynaecologist:
  • Fresh (Degree): Rs. 1,50,000/-
  • Fresh (Diploma): Rs. 1,15,000/-
  • 5+ Years Experience (Degree): Rs. 1,75,000/-
  • 5+ Years Experience (Diploma): Rs. 1,50,000/-
