Candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications for their respective posts:
- Medical Officer: MBBS with minimum five years of post-internship experience. Additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery preferred.
- Medical Specialist / Gynaecologist: MD/MS or DNB in the concerned specialty with five years of post-graduation experience.
- Dental Officer: BDS with minimum five years of experience.
- Officer-in-Charge: Graduate with minimum five years of experience in healthcare institutions or managerial positions.
- Laboratory Assistant: DMLT or Class-I Laboratory Tech Course (Armed Forces) with five years of laboratory experience.
- Laboratory Technician: B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) OR 10+2 with Science and DMLT from a recognized institution, with minimum three years of medical lab experience.
- Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy OR 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and an approved Diploma in Pharmacy from a PCI recognized institute, registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948, with minimum three years of experience.
- Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or Class-I Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces) with five years of experience.
- Dental Assistant/Technician/Hygienist: Diploma Holder in Dental Hygiene/Class-I DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces) with five years of experience in a dental laboratory.
- Clerk: Graduate or Class-I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces) with five years of work experience.
- Chowkidar: 8th class education or GD trade for Armed Forces personnel.
- Female Attendant / Safaiwala: Literate with minimum five years of work experience in Civil/Army Health Institutions.
