EdCIL (India) Limited Central Project Advisor Recruitment 2026 - 01 Deputation Vacancy

This role is ideally suited for highly experienced, senior government or Public Sector Enterprise (PSU) officials with a robust background in technical education. The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, Computer Application, or Mathematics, coupled with a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in planning, managing, and implementing educational transformation projects. Strong acumen in regulatory compliance, accreditation, and institutional governance within higher education, alongside proven expertise in forging industry linkages and managing complex, externally aided projects, is essential. Excellent communication skills and eligibility for deputation within existing government/PSU structures are mandatory.

Candidates lacking the extensive minimum 15 years of leadership experience specifically in technical education project management, those without a relevant Master's or Ph.D., or individuals not currently employed in a government/PSU role eligible for deputation should not apply. Additionally, applicants exceeding the upper age limit of 65 years as on December 1, 2025, will not be considered.
