ESIC Medical College & Hospital Chennai Recruitment 2026: 52 Teaching Faculty Vacancies (Professor, Associate & Assistant Professor)

In addition to the consolidated remuneration, transport allowance with DA on transport allowance will be paid as per rules. Approximate total earnings for January 2026 were Rs. 2,68,047/- for Professor, Rs. 1,82,057/- for Associate Professor, and Rs. 1,58,014/- for Assistant Professor. This remuneration will be revised with any changes in DA rates as per ESIC Hqrs. Office Memorandum no. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med.IV (Pt.file) dated 13.04.2022, in line with Central Government Employee norms.

Eligible candidates must apply by submitting both a soft copy and a physical copy of their application:

• Soft Copy Submission:
  • Submit the application in the prescribed format, along with copies of certificates/documents supporting eligibility, online hyperlinks of research papers/publications, and a copy of the Demand Draft (if applicable), as a soft copy to the email ID: [email protected].
  • The closing date for receipt of the application as soft copy is 27-02-2026 (Friday).
  • Required testimonials to be submitted via email include: Proof of age (X Marksheet), Educational Qualification, Experience (including BCBR & BCMET), hyperlinks for research papers/publications, valid State Medical Council registration, community certificate (if applicable), Disability Certificate (if applicable), and Discharge Certificate (for Ex-servicemen). No Objection Certificate/Intimation Letter from employer, if applicable.
• Physical Copy Submission:
  • The physical copy of the duly filled application along with the original Demand Draft (if applicable) must be sent through post to reach the office on or before 01:00 PM of 28.02.2026. Only the application and original Demand Draft should be sent through post; no other documents.
• Only candidates who have complied with both soft and physical copy submissions will be allowed to attend the interview. Candidates reporting for the interview after the scheduled time will not be allowed.

The application fee details are as follows:

Payment should be made via a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- (if applicable) in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No.1’ drawn on any scheduled bank and payable at Chennai. The Demand Draft must be issued after the date of issue of this advertisement.
