Candidates must apply by walking in for an interview and registration at ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Kalaburagi.

• Registration & Interview Date: 15.06.2026, from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM. No candidates will be entertained after 10:30 AM.
• Candidates must fill the application form (enclosed with the advertisement) before the registration process.
• Bring all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies, two passport-size photographs, and relevant certificates (e.g., Caste Certificate for reservation claims) on the day of the Walk-in-Interview.
• Candidates are requested to report by 9 AM at the venue on scheduled dates.
• A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer is required on the day of the Walk-in-Interview.

List of Documents to be produced at the time of Interview:

• SSC/10th Standard Certificate as proof of age.
• M.B.B.S Certificate.
• Post graduate Certificate.
• Super specialty qualification in the respective specialty as applicable.
• Registration with Karnataka State Medical Council (KMC)/NMC.
• Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
• Experience Certificate.
• Relieving Certificate from Previous institution.
• Proof of ID (Aadhar Card and PAN Card).
• Passport size 02 photograph.
• Other documents /Publications as per NMC criteria for faculty appointment.

Mode of payment: A Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- in favour of 'ESI Corporation' payable at 'Kalaburagi' drawn on any scheduled bank has to be submitted along with the Application Form at the time of the Walk-in-Interview. The Demand Draft must be issued after the date of issue of this advertisement. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
