Salary & Pay Scale

The consolidated remuneration structure for Contractual Faculty is as follows:

Professor	Rs. 2,46,006/-
Associate Professor	Rs. 1,63,589/-
Assistant Professor	Rs. 1,40,545/-
Senior Resident	Rs. 1,40,545/-

For retired Army Doctors under the "SRESTA” Scheme, the consolidated remuneration is:

Post	Pay
Asst. Professor	Rs. 1.2 Lakhs, if the post-PG experience is under 3 years. Rs. 1.42 Lakhs, if the post-PG teaching experience is 3 years or more.
Associate Professor	Rs. 1.42 Lakhs, if the post-PG experience is under 6 years. Rs. 1.88 Lakhs, if the post-PG teaching experience is 6 years or more.
Professor	Rs. 1.88 Lakhs, if the post-PG teaching experience is under 9 years. Rs. 2.0 Lakhs, if the post-PG teaching experience is 9 years to under 13 years. Rs. 2.2 lakh, if post-PG teaching experience is 13 years or more.

In addition, no other allowances like D.A, N.P.A, HRA etc. would be payable, and no private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.

How to Apply

Candidates must apply by attending a walk-in interview. The process is as follows:

Registration: Candidates can walk-in and register from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM on 2025-11-24. No candidates will be entertained after 10:30 AM.
Interview: The personal interview will be held from 11:00 AM onwards on 2025-11-25.
Candidates must fill the application form (enclosed with the advertisement) before the registration process.
On the day of the Walk-in-Interview, candidates must produce all original documents for scrutiny, along with one set of self-attested photocopies, 2 passport-size photographs, and relevant certificates (e.g., caste certificate for reservation) in the format prescribed by the Government of India.
Candidates claiming reservation benefits must ensure their certificates are valid and issued by a competent authority before the interview date.
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer should also be produced on the day of the Walk-in-Interview.

Application Fee

SC/ST/Female candidates: Nil
All other categories: Rs. 300/-

The fee must be paid via Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 300/- in favour of 'ESI Corporation' payable at 'Kalaburagi'. The DD must be submitted with the application form at the time of the Walk-in-Interview and must be issued after the advertisement date. Application fee once paid will not be refunded.
