Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications based on the specific executive position:

Engineering Posts: First Class Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics). A PG Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Management is an added advantage.
Human Resources Posts: Two years full-time First Class Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management, or MBA (with HR as Major), or Post Graduate Diploma Program in Management in HR/IR/MSW/MA (Social Work with HR/IR/Personnel Management) from a recognised university/institution. A Degree in Law is an added advantage.
Finance Posts: CA/CMA or two years full-time First Class MBA in Finance (with Finance as core subject) from a recognised institution.

Age Limit Details

The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India guidelines:

SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation.
OBC - NCL candidates: 3 years relaxation.
PwD candidates: 10 years relaxation (over and above SC/ST/OBC-NCL relaxation, if applicable).

However, the maximum age with all relaxations shall not exceed 57 years.
