Candidates applying for Manager and Deputy Manager positions must hold a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in a full-time 3-year Graduation course.
Additionally, a Post Graduation degree (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) of a minimum 2-year full-time duration with 50% aggregate marks/CGPA is required. Specific specializations include:
All degrees must be from a University / Institution / Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies. Candidates who completed their courses through correspondence, part-time, open university, open learning, or external modes are not eligible.
