General Duty Attender, Theatre Assistant & Other Posts

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment on a contract & outsourcing basis. The proforma of application is available on the district website www.westgodavari.nic.in from 10:00 AM on 22/06/2026 to 05:00 PM on 06/07/2026. Filled-in physical applications must be submitted at the specified counters in the Office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, West Godavari District, Collectorate Campus, Bhimavaram, on or before 06.07.2026 by 5:00 P.M.

• Candidates are advised to apply as soon as possible and obtain a dated acknowledgment.
• The District Selection Committee (DSC) is not responsible for any postal delay.
• Applications received after 05:00 PM on 06.07.2026 will not be accepted.
• Applicants must submit self-attested copies of required certificates including SSC, qualification pass certificates, marks memos, valid registration with AP Para Medical Board (if applicable), study certificates (Class IV to X), caste certificate, EWS certificate, disability certificate, ex-servicemen certificate (if applicable), service certificates for claiming weightage, and a recent passport size photograph.
• Applications must be sent via physical submission or registered post with acknowledgment; other methods will not be entertained.

• OC Candidates: Rs. 350/-
• SC/ST/BC Candidates: Rs. 250/-
• Physically Challenged Candidates: Exempted

The application processing fee must be paid to Current Account No. 45294341111, IFSC Code SBIN0064252, SBI Bank, Collectorate Branch, Bhimavaram, in favour of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. If applying for multiple posts, a separate fee is required for each post.
