Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have an M.E./M.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Bioengineering, Nanotechnology, or related disciplines, OR an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences from a recognized University/Institute.
A minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale is required.
For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a minimum of 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale is required.
A valid GATE/NET score is mandatory.

Age Limit Details

The maximum age limit is 32 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Woman and Physically handicapped candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of Rs. 42,000 per month, plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) at 30%.
