IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2026: 2 Associate Project Scientist Vacancies

This role is ideal for veterinary science graduates (MVSc/BVSc & AH) with experience in spaying/neutering, or science graduates (M.Sc./B.Sc. with Zoology) possessing at least 4 years of relevant field experience. Candidates must be comfortable with contractual, project-based work, particularly those passionate about public health initiatives focusing on animal-borne diseases within the 'One Health' framework.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment, those without specific veterinary qualifications/licensure for the first post, or without 4 years of field experience for the second post, should not apply. Lack of interest in a project focused on rabies elimination or inability to relocate to Guwahati for a 6-month contractual term would also be significant deterrents.
