- Option 1: M.Tech/M.E. degree in RF & Microwave Engineering, Microwave Engineering, or a related field, along with a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks (or 6.5/10 CGPA) throughout their academic career, starting from Class XII.
- Option 2 (OR): B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5/ 10.0 CGPA) throughout starting from Class XII, along with a valid GATE score in the EC paper (Electronics and Communication) and expertise/experience in RF & Microwave Engineering, Microwave Engineering, or any other relevant areas.
- Option 3 (OR): PhD candidates who have submitted their thesis may also apply.
Desired qualifications include:
- Basic knowledge of Engineering Electromagnetics and RF & Microwave Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Coding/Programming.
