Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

M.Tech. / M.E.: Degree in Engineering / Technology with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks.
OR
B.E. / B.Tech.: Bachelor's degree in a relevant branch of engineering/technology with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks, along with a valid GATE score not older than 05 years.
OR
M.Sc.: Master's degree in a relevant area of science with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks, along with a valid GATE score not older than 05 years or a valid NET qualification.

Age Limit Details

The maximum age limit is determined by the candidate's highest qualification:

28 years for candidates with BE/B.Tech/M.Sc. degrees.
32 years for candidates with ME/M.Tech/MS degrees.

Age relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/women/PD candidates are applicable as per Government of India norms.

Salary & Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 37,000/- per month plus a 10% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
