Applicants must meet the following academic qualifications:
- General Requirement: Minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in a full-time Graduation course (minimum 3 years duration).
- For Manager (Grade/Scale MM II) - Internal Audit: Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade, OR Chartered Accountant (CA). The Post Graduation course should be a minimum 2-year full-time duration with minimum 50% aggregate marks/CGPA in Finance specialization. For CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient, and ICAI membership is mandatory.
- For Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM I) - Human Resource Management: Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or equivalent) with specialization in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management. The Post Graduation course must be a minimum 2-year full-time duration with minimum 50% aggregate marks/CGPA in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
- For Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM I) - Administration: Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or equivalent) with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or an equivalent qualification. The Post Graduation course must be a minimum 2-year full-time duration with minimum 50% aggregate marks/CGPA in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
Important Notes:
- All qualifications must be obtained through full-time courses from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory Bodies (AICTE/UGC).
- Candidates with degrees from correspondence, part-time, open university, open learning, or external/distance learning are not eligible.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer and information technology use.
