- Excellent academic record with post-graduation from a reputed Institute/University in regular mode with minimum 60% marks.

- Post-graduation domain should be HRM/OB/Psychology or related subjects.
- Research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC/ABS-listed journal.
- Expertise in quantitative methods (SPSS, SmartPLS) and qualitative research methodologies (NVivo, other data-analysis software).
