For Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- M.E./M.Tech. in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, AI and Data Science or equivalent.
- OR M.Tech./M.E. in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
- OR B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics and Computing or equivalent.
- OR Five years integrated BS-MS in Mathematics and Computing or equivalent.
- Mandatory GATE: GATE qualification in CS/EC is required.
- GATE Exemption: B.Tech. students (without M.Tech.) in CSE or equivalent branches from CFTIs with at least 8.5 CGPA are exempted from GATE. Non-CFTI candidates must have at least 7.5 CGPA AND a valid GATE score.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in embedded and networking systems.
