Educational Qualification
Essential qualifications vary by post:
- Project Consultant: Doctorate in Ocean/Atmospheric Sciences, Physics, or Mathematics with 15 years of experience.
- Section Officer: Master's degree with 5 years of administrative experience.
- Project Associate I: Master's degree in Physics, Atmospheric Sciences, Meteorology, Oceanography, Climate Science, Geophysics, or Environmental Science; OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology.
Age Limit Details
Upper age limits vary by post:
- Project Consultant: 62 years.
- Section Officer & Project Associate I: 35 years.
- Relaxation: Provided for SC/ST, OBC, and PwD categories as per Government of India orders.
Salary & Pay Scale
The monthly emoluments are as follows:
